Brown Labs (chocolates) are equal opportunity offenders when it comes to smell. They are no different than blacks or yellows in that regard. The smell usually comes from feeding a cheap food, where the oils from that food are exuded onto the hair. Try feeding a top brand, along with top quality treats, if you use them, and you will notice a huge difference!

    Hi,

Wanted to let all dog and cat owners know of a site I found last month called, http://www.frescopet.com . This site sells fragrant tags that are placed onto the exisiting collar, and it provides a nice fragrant effect. I purchased 2 packs of coconut for my chocolate lab Hershey. Now she has a pleasant soft scent . Check out the site. :) …Anabelle

If you are looking for a pointing lab I would strongly suggest not going with Snake River Pointing Labs. I purchased a lab from there kennel and he hasn’t pointed at two years of age. When I ask Snake River Point Labs to honor the pointing guarantee, they refused.
